Hope

Light in the end of the tunnel
They say it's there if we dare to see
it should guide us home
or at least to a place better than this
Back our re-built paradise
but after crowling without a direction
I think hope's just an illusion
So pretty and tempting, sure
Aren't pictures always beautiful?
Haven't you heard of photoshop

What we see is a reflection
of what we wish there to be
Imagination really is powerful
and they sound reasonable as they show us how wrong we are
if we doubt
Hope is an illusion, it's like a mirror
giving us what we want it to reflect
Hope exists only when we think of it

It's as amazing as our wildest dreams
just a bit better
to make us think it's true
